Mohammad Hossein Saedi

Mohammad Hossein Saedi received his B.Sc. in the Applied Mathematics at School of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science at University of Tehran in 2009. Currently, He is a M.Sc. student of Decision Science and Knowledge Engineering at University of Tehran. He is interested in system biology, Biological Network analysis, Graph mining and Sequence mining. As a member of KDD lab, he has focused on extracting sub-network markers in protein-protein interaction network, for cancer diagnosis.
